This is a short and sweet story about 2 brothers, that happen to be walking birds, new to Philly and are learning how to get around on the subway. The story is written in a lighthearted, fun poem format but, doesn’t hold back on the truth! Best part was when they get off the train and notice the underground station stinks! 🤣🤣 Hilarious and true! I sincerely would give this to any youth, new to the city and needs to understand how to get around! Illustrations are on point and contain diverse, colorful images that grab your attention …just like my beloved hometown. ❤️❤️
The author happens to be my cousin and this is her first book. It’s meant to be a series about all of Ari & Tacari’s adventures around the city. I’m so proud of her and can’t wait to review each book. PS: I bought my copy, brand new from Amazon. She didn’t solicit this review but, she does owe me an autograph. 😘 #GoodBook
